Return Policy

We accept returns on any new, unused, standard designs. To return please follow the steps below.
  1. Contact 7th Avenue Designs. You will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA#).
  2. Mail your return to us with the RA# written on the outside of the box.
  3. Provide 7th Avenue Designs with the USPS tracking number. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  4. Once we receive the package, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
  5. No exchange or store credits offered on orders over 45 days old.

All sales are final on personalized orders (custom text, names, sizes, shapes, logo, etc.). As these items cannot be resold, no exchange or credit can be given.
